Participants will experience a safe space, with a warm, supportive environment where they can listen to others’ experiences and talk through their own (of course, participation is optional). We will explore some mindfulness practices that can lead toward inner harmony (no previous experience necessary). We will also engage in small and large group discussions, personal pondering/journaling opportunities, and of course enjoy good food and great chats with wonderful people.
Location - Cabin near Salt Lake City, Utah. With higher demand we may move to larger venue. We will end activities on Friday at 9pm and Saturday at 8pm so participants can return to their homes or hotels.
Friday evening 6:00-9pm Meet for introductions and overview.
Saturday 9am-noon - We will deepen our understanding of faith journeys/faith maps so participants can locate themselves in their journey and find tools for moving forward.
Lunch provided on Saturday.
Saturday afternoon - We will be joined by Patrick and Melissa Mason who will help us deepen our understanding about how to navigate the complexities of faith journeys and find harmony.
Dinner provided on Saturday.
Saturday evening - Unstructured social time.
Sunday 9am-noon - Meditation and other skills and practices for finding harmony.
Lunch provided on Sunday
Sunday 1-4pm - Finding your personal way forward.
